Rowse is built with heritage brick and locally-sourced sandstone which is sympathetic to the local area and materials. We have utilised modern construction materials in order to meet the needs of new homes, including optimising thermal and insulation materials. 

Where possible we strived to use sustainable construction processes to minimise the carbon footprint and future-proof the house. This includes installation of solar, battery storage and air source heat pumps, designed to minimise the homes’ footprint for years to come.

The house is spacious with 308m² (3,300ft²+) spread over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The entire downstairs and the bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating.

The spacious ground floor hall leads to a lounge at the front of the property, WC and study/office room, while the large rear room has the combined kitchen, dining and living space with full height windows and large bi-folding doors onto the patio and garden. The utility room to side exit door and garage completes the ground floor space.

On the first floor there’s a large master bedroom located at the rear of property and benefits a balcony. There’s also a dressing room that leads through to a large en-suite with walk-in shower, bath and double sinks.

Bedroom 2 features an en-suite and there’s a third bedroom at the front of the house with direct access into the family bathroom – there’s also access from the landing. 

On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 5 runs the full depth of the house and features a covered balcony to the front.
